Our online Tripudio Class is delivered live with every Tuesday live from Harlington Hospice. The class uses soft music and movements can take place whilst seated.
This fun exercise class has been specifically designed to help with the management of the Lymphoedema Clinic at Harlington Hospice or receives Lymphoedema support from Michael Sobell Hospice.
