Whilst the benefits of a creative outlet are known to enhance general wellbeing, it can be difficult to feel motivated during times of isolation.

We are offering weekly, Zoom sessions on Thursday mornings from 10.30 a.m. - 12.00 starting on 28th January. These have been designed for crafting, relaxation and pleasure.

Work on your own project – art, craft, sewing etc and enjoy time for yourself, whilst connecting remotely with others for support and inspiration! No work is judged and all abilities are welcome.

This group is for Michael Sobell Hospice and Harlington Hospice patients, their carers or family members.

To register your interest and for more information please complete a contact form or email wellbeing@harlingtonhospice.org
