ENERGISE – using Tai Chi and intention setting to prepare for the day

RESILIENCE – how is your day going so far?  Do you need to re-inforce or reset?

Wednesday August 25 7pm-8pm

SLEEP -  including a guided meditation to release the cares of the day and relax ready for bed

Wednesday September 22 10am-12pm

CLARITY – various practices focusing on clarity and joy
