Simply TEE-RIFIC – £28k raised at Sandy Lodge Golf Day!

100 golfers took to the fairway on Thursday 29th June for the annual golf day at Sandy Lodge Golf Club, Northwood; raising a whopping £28,000 (after costs) in celebration of 40 years of local hospice care. Supporter aiming to lose 3 stone in memory of Mum

Supporter Paul Newton is aiming to lose three stone in weight by October, for Michael Sobell Hospice (MSH), which cared for his Mum (Marilyn Newton) during what he describes as the “hardest time in their lives”. Sporty Steve Hopkins has set his fundraising challenge high as he aims to take on an epic cycle ride, that will see him pedalling 969 miles in just nine days from Land’s End to John O’Groats for the Deloitte RAB 2017 event – all in support of Northwood-based Michael Sobell Hospice.
