INCOME GENERATION AND COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

Role

The Income Generation and Communications Lead will have accountability for the development and implementation of a comprehensive and effective income generation strategy to achieve the MSHC strategic objectives for significant long-term income growth, increased profile and engagement.

Providing leadership and management to the Income Generation Team, the post ensures the achievement of fundraising, retail, and marketing targets, as a minimum expectation.

Responsible for leading on MSHC internal and external communications that develop awareness and support from all sectors of the local community, the post holder will motivate a creative and diverse team and contribute as a key member of the Charity.

Post Requirements

  • A proven creative commercial approach to income generation activities with a strong understanding of charity fundraising and charity retail.

  • Highly developed planning and financial modelling / budgeting experience within a complex and evolving environment.

  • Proven leadership success with a strategic approach to engaging the Charity in the process of identifying and pursuing income opportunities.

  • Significant experience in a fundraising or income generation leadership position with engagement with a range of stakeholders including Boards and corporate partners.
