With over 20 years experience in healthcare, predominately in palliative and end of life care, Judi's career spans roles with St Luke's Hospice, Kenton, Sue Ryder and NHS Acute and clinical commissioning organisations. With an MA in Hospice Leadership her career highlights include a book on Palliative Care in Neurology; her contribution to the NHS National End of Life Care Strategy and as CEO for the building, commissioning and opening of a new Hospice in Lincolnshire.
As Chief Executive, Judi is responsible for the leadership of the senior management team and all of the Charity’s staff and volunteers. The Board of Trustees delegates the powers for day to day decision making to Judi and the members of the Senior Management Team. She, in turn, is responsible to the Board for ensuring the consistent achievement of the Charity’s vision and strategic and financial objectives.

Glyn oversees the financial areas of the charity. Financial responsibilities cover administering the income and expenditure, gift aid, management accounts, year end and budgeting through to audit.

Freemen’s role is to create and develop marketing and promotional materials for charity activities across all departments utilizing his design and IT skills in line with branding guidelines.
Mala is responsible for the ThankQ CRM database, assisting with detailed reporting on administrative, fundraising and retail activities, working with the Charity team to ensure compliance in accordance with the Fundraising Regulator.
