By setting up a regular donation you can help us plan for the future of hospice care at Michael Sobell Hospice.

We rely on fundraising to continue our valuable work. A significant proportion of this comes from events and activities organised by loyal, hard-working supporters like yourself.

The only sustainable way to ensure the Charity can maintain and provide this care today, tomorrow and in the future, is by knowing that there is an ongoing source of funds the Charity can rely on receiving.

    hour specialist nursing care, in the hospice inpatient unit
  • The Gift of Creativity – Your monthly gift could go towards arts & crafts
    sessions organised for patients in the day care unit
  • The Gift of Relaxation – your monthly gift could help pay for essential oils used
    during holistic therapy sessions
  • The Gift of Movement – your monthly gift could go towards therapeutic
    physiotherapy that can improve the quality of patients’ sleep, reduce pain and
    create a new independence

The best way to donate regularly is to to set up a Direct Debit to us. To do this, please fill in the form below.

Direct debit is a safe and convenient way donate - you choose the amount and how often you would like to give. All payments are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee giving you additional peace of mind over security.

  • The Direct Debit Guarantee

    This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

    If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Michael Sobell Hospice Charity will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Michael Sobell Hospice Charity to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.

    If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Michael Sobell Hospice Charity or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – if you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Michael Sobell Hospice Charity asks you to.

    You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Michael Sobell Hospice Charity by calling 020 3826 2367.

  • Gift Aid declaration

    You can increase the amount Michael Sobell Hospice receives from your donation at no extra cost to you by using Gift Aid, a simple and effective way of increasing your donation to charity. The Inland Revenue allows us to claim 25p for every £1 that you donate, with your permission.

    Please note: You must pay an amount of Income Tax and /or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the charity claims on your donations in the appropriate tax year (currently 25p for each £1 that you give).
